Associated building maintenance
Alongside leak repairs we do the maintenance that keeps tiled areas sound: grout and tile cleaning, silicone replacement around showers, baths and screens, and replacing a few cracked or loose tiles as part of a repair. Read about regrouting and sealing.
Work we don't do
We don't do plumbing (including leaking pipes, taps, valves and water mains), pitched tile or metal roofs, gutters and flashing, emergency roofing, water damage or ceiling repairs. If the inspection shows you need one of these trades, we'll tell you.
